The condo is located 5 to 10 minutes walk to the world famous Waikiki beach, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Ala Moana shopping center, bars and restaurants

If you have a car, you can park for free on Ala Wai Blvd or any street parking. Free street parking is not easy to find. If you park on Ala Wai Blvd. You just need to move your car on Mondays and Fridays from 8:30am to 11:30am for street sweeping. You can alternatively park in any public parking around the area for $30-40/day depends on which public parking you park. Parking is tough in Waikiki, uber or city bus is the best.

1.) On all gross rents received you have to pay 4.5% General Excise Tax (GET).

2.) If you rent 180 days or less per tenant, then you’re obligated to pay an additional 10.25% Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT)

3) UPDATE effective 12.14.2021: OTAT – Oahu Transient Accommodation Tax (Oahu). All rental revenue from rental terms shorter than 180 days (plus cleaning fees collected) is subject to an additional 3% OTAT.
